Las Vegas, Nevada • Siena is an age-qualified master-planned community in Las Vegas, Nevada. Secluded behind a six-foot high masonry perimeter wall and a manned gate-guarded entry are 2,000 single-family homes surrounding a Schmidt- Curley designed 18-hole championship golf course. Residents enjoy a wide array of amenities in the Village Center including the 13,500 square foot Golf Clubhouse and Siena Bistro, the 39,000 square foot Community Center with arts and crafts space, activity rooms, library, business center, computer lab, and billiard and card rooms and the 15,900 square foot Health & Fitness Center with state-of-the-art cardiovascular and weight equipment, and a four lane, 25-meter indoor lap swimming pool.

Homes at Siena range from 1,200 to nearly 3,200 square feet and were priced from the $500,000s to over $1.3 million for premium golf course home sites at the end of the development period.
