Sunrise Company developed Siena, an age-qualified master-planned community in Las Vegas, Nevada from 1999-2006. Sunrise Company designed the 667 acre community, built 2,000 homes (1,200 to 3,200 square feet) and partnered with Schmidt- Curley to design a 18-hole championship golf course. Sunrise Company designed and built wide array of amenities in the Village Center including the 13,500 square foot Golf Clubhouse and Siena Bistro, the 39,000 square foot Community Center with arts and crafts space, activity rooms, library, business center, computer lab, and billiard and card rooms and the 15,900 square foot Health & Fitness Center with state-of-the-art cardiovascular and weight equipment, and a four lane, 25-meter indoor lap swimming pool. During the development period, Sunrise Company operated the Club including all the soft programming that ranged from interest clubs, classes, special events, clinics, offsite trips, wellness seminars and much more.

Construction began in February 1999 and sales were completed in 2006 with a peak of 569 homes sold in 2003. The Golf Club was sold in 2007 to a private equity firm.
