As Chief Executive Officer of Sunrise Company, Randall Bone brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the development of more than $2.5 billion dollars in real estate development projects including highly successful residential communities, commercial and multifamily development. Starting his career in construction, Mr. Bone has moved through the critical path of project management, finance and new project start ups, building extensive experience in each aspect of the project development cycle and providing hands-on, detail oriented leadership and an ongoing commitment to the “Evolution of Excellence” which is responsible for the success of Sunrise’s distinctive, award winning communities and homes.

Mr. Bone is a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and a past member of ULI’s Board of Directors. Mr. Bone is the founding Chapter Chair of the Aspen Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). Mr Bone is a past Chairman of the Recreational Development Council. Mr. Bone is a member of the Aspen Institutes Board of the Vanguard Society of Fellows and is a member of the Board of Aspen Country Day School in Aspen, Colorado.

Mr. Bone graduated Cum Laude from the University of California at Los Angeles with dual B.A. degrees in Economics and Philosophy, with departmental honors, while Minoring in Physics. Mr. Bone later received his M.B.A. with High Distinction as a Baker Scholar from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration.
