Career Summary |
|
Between 1993 - 2006, the REI team led by Jim Hinton developed 58 projects totaling over 20,000 units with a value of over $2.2 billion. In 2003, Mr. Hinton also assumed responsibility for acquisitions and dispositions directly overseeing the REI team as it acquired and disposed of over $416 million in assets. Mr. Hinton has acquired, developed and sold properties in over 23 states in the U.S. Prior to joining Camden, Mr. Hinton was employed with J.E. Roberts Co. acquiring real estate portfolios for the Goldman Sach's Whitehall Funds. Mr. Hinton received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in real estate finance from the University of Texas in 1978. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas and the State of California.

Bob Bussone |
Career Summary Prior to
starting with Sunrise Luxury Living, Mr. Bussone served as
Vice President of Real Estate Investments with Camden
Property Trust for 11 years. He was responsible for
overseeing all facets of multifamily investments, which
included sourcing both acquisition and development
opportunities. Additional responsibilities included
handling site selection and layout, defining design
criteria, and completing initial cost estimates and
planning. |

He coordinated the approval of all federal, state and local land-use approvals which required interfacing with local planning, operating, finance, and legal organizations in order to meet local requirements while creating positive relationships with community and civic leaders. Bob was instrumental in Camden’s expansion in the Dallas market as well as Camden’s successful entrance into the Washington DC market. In 2003 he relocated to Southern California to oversee Camden’s real estate investment activity in the Western Region. In total, he has developed over 4,500 units with densities ranging from 20 units per acre to 150 units per acre. Prior to joining Camden, Mr. Bussone was employed for 10 years with the Archon Group. During his tenure with Archon he gained extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, and most notably was instrumental in the firm’s successful acquisition activities related to the Goldman Sachs Whitehall Funds. Mr. Bussone received his Bachelors of Business Administration Degree in Finance with a second concentration in Real Estate and Urban Land Development from the University of Texas at Austin. He resides in Southern California with his wife and two sons.

Ken Hauser,
|
Mr. Hauser started his construction career while attending classes at the University of Texas as a job superintendent for a Houston based company building apartments. After spending eight years in Austin, Texas working on multi family projects and general contracting, Mr. Hauser moved back to Houston and was employed by the Finger Company, a national developer/builder of multifamily projects. With seventeen years at the Finger Company, Mr. Hauser worked on apartment rehabs, management capital improvements and new construction. For the last eleven years, Mr. Hauser managed new construction projects in Florida, Massachusetts, Texas and California, completing eleven projects and over 3,000 luxury units. |
