Garden of the Gods Club

March 1, 2007 - Sunrise Company has acquired Garden of the Gods Club and Kissing Camels Club along with the remaining undeveloped residential land from Hill Development. The acquisition includes the private Garden of the Gods Club including 108 Club rooms, suites and cottages; tennis facilities; and the main Clubhouse; the 27-hole Kissing Camels Club golf course and Clubhouse; Recreation Center; and management of the Kissing Camels residential Homeowners Association, which includes over 500 private homes.

Sunrise is now managing the Clubs and the Kissing Camels Property Owners Association and plans to develop approximately 700 homes on the remaining undeveloped land. They will be announcing plans for the real estate offerings in the next 6 to 8 months.
